Support built on trust, not tasks.
We specialise in supporting people with complex needs who need consistency and a real relationship before anything else can move. The service is not defined by what gets done in the hour. It is defined by the relationship.
Our hero service
Relationship-led complex support.
Many of the people we support have low trust in services, and for good reason. They have been let down before. So we do the one thing that actually changes that: we show up consistently, we build a genuine relationship, and we stay.
Consistency comes first. Progress follows.
We support the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and we let the person lead. Services evolve around their needs, goals and circumstances, not the other way around.
What support can include
Whatever helps the person move forward.
Support takes the shape the person needs. These are the parts we most often bring together.
Community access
Getting out into the community with someone who makes it feel safe, from appointments to the things a person actually wants to do.
Daily living support
Practical, everyday help at home and in the routine of life, at a pace that suits the person.
Capacity building
Building skills, confidence and independence over time, led by the person's own goals.
Respite & short-term support
A break for families and short-term support for people at risk, delivered with the same care as everything else.
Advocacy
Speaking up when it matters, and helping people be heard in systems that are hard to navigate alone.
Support coordination
Help to understand a plan, connect the right supports, and keep everything moving.
Crisis support
Staying present through the difficult periods rather than stepping back when things get complicated.
Transport
Getting to and from the places that matter, reliably.
Who we support
The people the system too often misses.
Our strength is complex psychosocial and mental health support, built on more than twenty years of frontline experience across disability, mental health, crisis and housing.
- Adults and young adults with complex psychosocial, mental health, behavioural or cognitive support needs.
- People who have experienced provider breakdown, service disengagement or support that fell away.
- People facing housing instability, isolation, or a period of crisis and change.
- Families and carers who need a break, and someone they can trust to hold the line.
What we are building next
Emergency and crisis accommodation.
We already provide short-term and emergency respite, and too often the hardest part is finding somewhere safe for someone to be while the rest gets sorted out. So a dedicated emergency and crisis accommodation service is what we are working towards next.
It is not something we can offer yet, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. If it is what you are looking for, talk to us anyway. We will tell you honestly where we are up to and help you find the right option in the meantime.
Plans and funding
Not sure how your plan works?
We support plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you are not sure how your funding works or what you are able to use it for, just ask. We will talk it through in plain language.
Let’s talk about what the person needs.
Tell us a little about them and what a good week would look like. We will take it from there.
