Total Care Foundations exists because too many people fall through the gaps between systems, services and supports, and because we have seen what happens when nobody stays.
Where we come from
More than twenty years alongside people at their most vulnerable.
Our founder has spent more than two decades working across disability, mental health, youth services, child protection, crisis intervention and emergency housing, supporting people through some of the hardest periods of their lives.
Alongside that career came lived experience of navigating complex support systems from the inside. Both taught the same lesson: fragmented systems are overwhelming, and people deserve more than a provider who simply delivers a service.
They deserve someone who shows up consistently, advocates when it matters, and stays through progress and setbacks alike.
That belief became Total Care Foundations. Today the organisation exists to provide reliable, relationship-driven support where people feel safe, respected and genuinely cared for.
